ATAS will work with you to create your custom panel, but cannot guarantee functionality or durability of your design, and it may not be subject to our standard warranty.  By submitting your content (line drawings and concepts) to ATAS, and once is it determined production of the custom panel is feasible, you recognize that you transfer full ownership of and the rights of said content to ATAS International, Inc.  You also accept there will be no financial compensation by ATAS for any of the content submitted.  ATAS is continuously developing metal panels and designs, and by submitting this form, you acknowledge panel similarities are a possibility in future panels designed by ATAS.
